Returns are straightforward while protecting the uniqueness of our handmade sculptures.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from a purchase within the statutory period. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

2. Return Period

  • Standard period: 14 days from receipt of the order.

3. Return Procedure

  2. Receive confirmation and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the item to: Handzlówka 316A, Łańcut 37-­123 .

4. Return Costs

  • The store covers return shipping if the product meets the return conditions.

5. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, payment will be refunded within 14 business days.

  • Poland – 149 PLN (free over 5000 PLN)
  • Europe & Ukraine – 199 PLN (free over 5000 PLN)

3. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 5 business days.

4. Shipping Notes

  • Deliveries are available only in Poland, Europe, and Ukraine.
  • The store is not responsible for delays due to incorrect customer information (Handzlówka 316A, Łańcut 37-­123, +48 884 376 293) or courier issues.
